Walt Disney World Adds Park Hours for Beginning of May 2020
I want to start off this article by saying this all means nothing official! But, in the spirit of optimism, we can confirm that Walt Disney World has added Park Hours to their schedule beginning May 3, 2020.
Taking a look for April 2020 Park Hours for Walt Disney World, as you can see below, nothing is listed:
Then, when we get into May 2020, park hours are not listed for May 1 and May but do begin again for May 3, 2020 and beyond.
As you are already aware, the last day that the Walt Disney World Parks were open was March 15. The Walt Disney World Resort Hotels along with Disney Springs closed later in the week. At first, Walt Disney World said the Resort would only be closed for two weeks. However, that was later extended to say they would be closed indefinitely.
If the Parks do reopen on May 3, 2020, on whenever they actually do, it’s so hard to know what they will look like. Several theories have been thrown around including mandatory temperature checks along with a “reduced capacity.” Unfortunately it’s all speculation at this time. The best we have to go off right now is this article we posted yesterday featuring an interview with Bob Iger. CLICK HERE to take a look.
Once again, the possibility of Walt Disney World reopening on May 3, 2020 right now is only pure speculation. But, once we know an official date, you can count on MickeyBlog.com to be the first to bring it to you! What is the first thing you are going to do when the Parks do reopen? My hope is to go one of the first days it is open again to the public and you will find me working my way around the World Showcase in Epcot! Let us know where you will go in the comments below!
