5 Disney Shows That You Won’t Want To Miss This Week
It’s the end of an era Disney friends! Today we officially bid adieu to Modern Family after 11 incredible seasons. As a special treat for fans ABC also created a 1 hour documentary special to accompany the two-park season finale and this is just one of the awesome shows coming your way on Disney and ABC this week.

Marvel Super Hero Adventures—Monday, April 6, at 11:55 a.m. ET/PT on Disney Channel
Yesterday we shared a story with you about Tom Holland doing shirtless handstands in his living room and today we’ve got a different Spidey of sorts. Marvel fans won’t want to miss the first web-slinging episode in season four. Titled “Charge Ahead,” it features Spidey swinging into action with his arc-powered pal, Ironheart, after the city loses electricity.
The short airs on Disney Channel and DisneyNow each week through April 10th so be sure to check them all out!
Cosmos: Possible Worlds—Monday, April 6, at 8 p.m. on National Geographic
Confession. I’ve become obsessed with this show since being shut it at home. Unlock the secrets of the universe with host Neil deGrasse Tyson. This week there’s back to back episodes to kick off the season. The first, “Magic Without Lies,” focuses on the man who discovered a hole in reality and the technology that made it possible. In the second episode titled, “A Tale of Two Atoms” you’ll explore how a deadly embrace between two atoms altered the world’s fate.
Modern Family—Wednesday, April 8, at 8 p.m. ET/PT on ABC
It is the end of an era! After 11 hilarious seasons, the award-winning comedy Modern Family concludes on Wednesday, April 8th. The finale will include a two-part episode. During the first part, Mitchell and Cam adjust to having a new baby while Phil and Claire realize that one of the kids needs to move out to restore harmony to the household. Meanwhile,v work opportunities present themself to Gloria but she notices that Jay, Manny and Joe don’t seem to need her as much.
In part two, the Dunphy-Pritchett-Tucker family discover that saying good-bye is MUCH harder than they thought.
Grey’s Anatomy—Thursday, April 9, at 9 p.m. ET/PT on ABC
Written by Mark Driscoll and Tameson Duffy, the final episode titled “Put on a Happy Face” centres on Link trying to convince Amelia to take it easy as she nears the end of her pregnancy. While Hayes asks Meredith a rather unexpected question. Finally, Owen makes a shocking discovery.
A Celebration of the Music from Coco—Friday, April 10, on Disney+
