Walt Disney World Shuts Down Reservations Until June 1 Amid COVID-19 Outbreak
Walt Disney World is going on it’s full second week of being closed amid the ongoing Coronavirus crisis. Originally, the Parks were set to reopen on Wednesday, April 1. As of yesterday, Disney released an official statement that they would be closed until further notice. As of this evening, it was announced that reservations will not not be available until June 1 for those wishing to modify existing reservations or make new reservations.

Also, as we just reported, Walt Disney World has released a special offer for those Guests who were affected by COVID-19 closure of Walt Disney World.
It is also very important to note that just because Walt Disney World is not accepting reservations at this time until an arrival date of June 1, does not necessarily mean that the Parks and Resorts will not be reopening until June 1. The exact verbiage on the Disney website states, “As always, Guests are able to modify these bookings if Walt Disney World Resort opens before or after that time.”
