Aulani Remains Open For Business But Is Waiving Cancellations Fees
There have been a lot of Disney-related policy changes over the last few weeks that keeping them all straight is definitely a challenge. Though Aulani, a Disney Resort and Spa remains the ONLY Disney property still open, Disney has made some changes to their the cancellation policy for those having second thoughts about heading to Hawaii.
As of going to print, Walt Disney Travel Company is making a temporary adjustment to its policy on cancellation fees for Aulani. For cancellations made within 30 days of check-in, the $200 non-refundable cancellation fee will be waived.
If the deposit has already been paid, a refund will be issued.
Guests should note that Aulani, a Disney Resort & Spa still remains open. However, those wishing to cancel should reach out to your Travel Agent or give the Disneyland Resort call center at 866.443.4763.
