A Few More Details Revealed About ‘Harmonious’ Epcot’s New Fireworks Show Coming in 2020
2020 is a very important year for Epcot as it marks the unveiling of the theme park’s brand-new nighttime spectacular called “Harmonious.” Here at MickeyBlog, we’ve been filling you in on this magical new production since announcements were first made last year! Today, we are pleased to let you know that momentum continues and that Imagineers are hard-at-work bringing this dazzling show to life.
Just recently Imagineers and Disney Live Entertainment briefed Bob Iger, chairman and chief executive officer at The Walt Disney Company as well as Bob Chapek chairman of Disney Parks Experiences and Products for a presentation including a performance from live singers to bring the powerful stories of “Harmonious “ to life! “Harmonious is slated to debut by year’s end and promises to be one of the largest nighttime spectaculars ever offered at a Disney theme park. Disney describes it as, “a beautifully crafted dreamscape of Disney music and images reimagined by diverse cultural musicians and artists from around the world.”
The over-arching them is the transformative power of music and the way it inspires and unites us.

As you can see from the video above, guests can expect massive floating set pieces to play a pivotal role in the show including custom-built LED displays as well as choreographed fountains, lasers, lights and of course fireworks!
