Groovy 1971 Retro MagicBand on Sale Now at Walt Disney World.

The new limited release 1971 Retro MagicBand is on sale now at Walt Disney World Parks. This brand new MagicBand can be found in the Emporium in The Magic Kingdom and on shopDisney.com for $29.99.

The 1971 on the magicband commemorates the opening year of Walt Disney World and features a stylized castle design and cool orange and black retro color schemes.The band is part of the “Wear it Proud Collection”.  The collection also includes spirit jerseys, t-shirts, hoodies and bags.  All of the merchandise contains the 71’ logo and bright throwback colors.  These retro colors and images will surely remind visitors of October 1^st, 1971 when Magic Kingdom opened in Florida.  This certainly appeals to the nostalgia of original Disney and guests who visited the parks when it first opened.                                                                       The Magic Kingdom 1971
