Ariels and Cinderellas and Snow Whites…Oh My!
Every mother heading to Disney with their daughter wants to know where to find the princesses. Part of this is because every mother remembers seeing those same princess (because they are real and don’t change..right?) when she was a little girl and every mother wants to see her daughter’s face explode with joy when her favorite princess leans down for that magical hug. It’s Disney magic at its finest. So, where do I find them?
Character Dinners
The first place, and probably most guaranteed, is at one of the Character dinners. Reservations are required as these dining experiences fill up fast. Everyone knows about Cinderella’s Royal Table in Cinderella’s castle, but this signature dining experience is two dining credits.
So, a wonderful alternative is Princess Storybook Dining at Akershus Royal Banquet Hall in the Norway pavilion of EPCOT. Guests here will see just as many (if not more in some cases) princesses for one dining credit. Another newer and very popular dining experience is the Bon Voyage Adventure Breakfast at Trattoria al Forno in Disney’s Boardwalk.
This experience includes Rapunzel and Ariel and as an added bonus Prince Eric and Flynn Rider (or is it Eugene?). Reservations at these restaurants along with the Memory Maker photo package will provide pictures of your little ones, and maybe you, with Disney Princesses.
Meet and Greets
Secondly, there are plenty of meet-and-greets boasting princesses. Fast Passes will most definitely cut down on wait times and if you choose to stay on property you will be able to reserve these a full 60 days before you trip. The Magic Kingdom has Fairytale Hall in the Fantasyland area and Elsa and Anna can be found in the Norway Pavilion in EPCOT. Also, many princesses like Pocahontas can be found in special areas of Animal Kingdom.
Shows
And then there are the shows. Disney is the master at live action shows. These include Beauty and Beast live on stage, Voyage of the Little Mermaid and Fantasmic! (Maleficent alert) all at Hollywood Studios alone. You an even meet the tiny Sophia at Disney Junior. Park Hopper tickets ensure you can see all of these fun princess centered activities during you trip.
