Te Fiti Cone – Pineapple Lanai – Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort
If you’re planning a Disney getaway, then no doubt you’ve heard about the iconic Dole Whip treats. You can try out the original at Adventureland in the Magic Kingdom or try one of the delightful new variations cropping up at Disney World. One of our favorites is the lime-flavoured version you’ll get at the Polynesian Resort garnished with an Orchid. It costs $5.29.
Le Fou’s Brew – Gastons Tavern- Magic Kingdom
This is one of my personal favorites and really cools you off on a hot day. Head over to New Fantasyland to try out this delicious blend of frozen apple juice, toast marshmallow and topped with a passion-fruit mango foam. You can pick one up for $5.79 or $12.99 if you want one of the souvenir cups pictured above.
A Treat From the Cupcake ATM at Sprinkles – Disney Springs
You can’t go wrong with ANY of the tasty selections you’ll find at this beloved cupcake shop and it tastes even more delicious because it comes from a cupcake ATM! Not only does this make for the perfect Disney Springs photo op but you get a delicious treat at the end. Our favorite cupcake is the Red Velvet with delicious cream cheese frosting! It’s delightful! Also, be sure to ask for special flavors- they change them up regularly!
Popcorn Cart – Future World- Epcot
Popcorn is an absolute Disney staple and it wouldn’t be a visit to the Mouse without picking up at least one bucket. Our favorite place to go for popcorn is the cart you’ll find near Journey Into the Imagination With Figment in Future World at Epcot. Here they serve up three delicious flavors: Cheddar Cheese, Buffalo Blue Cheese, and Sour Cream. Our quick tip: Ask for a mix and you’ll get all three layered into one box. But have those wet wipes at the head as it’s messy!
Poutine – The Daily Poutine – Disney Springs
Now you don’t have to go North of the Boarder to give this much-loved Canadian comfort food a try. You’ll find The Daily Poutine next to World of Disney where they serve up this delicious treat made from cheese curds and fries. The fries come smothered with Super Melty Cheese, chopped grilled chicken, bacon and green onions! An order will set you back $7.79.
Kakigori – Kabuki Cafe – Epcot
This is one of those treats that I have to have every time I’m at Disney and that is perfect in its simplicity! Kakigori is a Japanese shaved ice. It comes in a variety of flavors including Rainbow, Strawberry, Melon, Cherry, Tangerine and Blue Raspberry. For a special decadent treat add the sweet milk topping for $5.50.
