What many people don’t know is the Disney deal might have had its origins at The Lion King European premiere.
“You Do Know She Does Voiceovers?”
During the red carpet of The Lion King premiere, Prince Harry was chatting with Bob Iger and his wife Willow Bay. Meghan Markle was next to them conversing with Beyone and Jay-Z.
During the conversation (as you’ll see in the video below), Prince Harry says to Bob Iger,”You do know she does voiceovers?”
Appearing somewhat surprised, Iger replies “oh, I did not know that.” Prince Harry then said “you seem surprised, she’s really interested”.
It appears Iger then said, “We’d love to try. That’s a great idea.”
As MickeyBlog reported earlier today, “The voice over was in exchange for a donation to Elephants Without Boarders which is an organization dedicated to protecting elephants from poaching and conserving wildlife.”
