The Four Images in the Tweet
Screenrant shared the following, “Hamill also posted a series of images which have pertinent meaning to the memorial. The first is a credits line which says “In Loving Memory of our Princess Carrie Fisher” from the film’s ending crawl. That’s followed up by some pictures of Fisher from the movies with the quote, “No one’s ever really gone” in reference to Luke’s last lines to Leia. The last photo is that of Luke and Han Solo (Harrison Ford) laying down their medals from the original Star Wars at the grave of Leia while she watches happily from beyond.”
Carrie Fisher was famously known for her portayal of Princess Leia in the original Star Wars trilogy. She and Mark Hamill had a long friendship.
Screenrant also stated, “In 2012, Disney bought Star Wars from Lucasfilm and immediately announced plans to make more movies for the franchise. Shortly after the purchase, it was announced that Harrison Ford, Carrie Fisher and Mark Hamill would all be reprising their original roles for the film. Sadly, Carrie Fisher passed away before the release of the second film in the new trilogy, Star Wars: The Last Jedi.”
