VIDEO: Troubles With Rise of the Resistance Boarding Groups
A whole bunch of people got up early on this day after Christmas. And a whole bunch of those people headed to Disney’s Hollywood Studios hoping to grab coveted early Boarding Group numbers. Many of them did. Many did NOT!
Guests were left scratching their collective heads when they couldn’t be added to Boarding Groups.
“And these pics show why it happened,” said MickeyBlog.com’s Greg Antonelle from Hollywood studios; he explained that DHS waited to begin letting guests in; then the park allowed entry without finger scans.
Then, guests started sharing information via FaceBook, even as Disney worked to correct the problem.
