Francesca Scorsese Wrapped Dad’s Gifts Marvelously
Francesca Scorsese is a pretty funny woman. How do I know that? Check out this photo of her Instagram story:
Francesca Scorsese, The Irishman’s director’s daughter, shared a photo on her Instagram story of her wrapping her father’s presents in Marvel-themed wrapping paper. “Look what I’m wrapping my dad’s Xmas gifts in,” she wrote.
Francesca is, of course, referencing her father’s controversial comments about the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Scorsese infamously bashed the films earlier this year, saying they were not true cinema. This led to an avalanche of responses from dozens of Hollywood personalities. Disney CEO Bob Iger even arranged to meet with Scorsese to discuss the comments.

One wonders how exactly that went over with Mr. Scorsese? After all, the dude did direct Goodfellas, Cape Fear, and Casino!
