Galaxy’s Edge: Myths & Fables Author Visits Batuu
The introduction to “Star Wars: Myths & Fables” is poignant; beginning, as it should, like a fairytale.

Most anyone who visited Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge, in either Anaheim or Orlando, can weave a wondrous story.
There, on Batuu, you may enter a cantina, fly through hyperspace, or listen to tales told by souls who wander the galaxy.
However, as a Lucasfilm author who penned Star Wars: Myths & Fables you could forgive George Mann if — in reality — Galaxy’s Edge didn’t meet the expectations of his own imagination. But, even the progenitor of two stories about Batuu, was impressed. Very impressed.
Adding to the Mythology of Star Wars
“It’s crazy to be here surrounded by this amazing place,” said Mann, who marveled at the Star Wars land. “The thing about Star Wars is that depth of mythology.”
And, of course, Mann added to that depth with his tome.
And, of course, there’s a special edition coming to the parks.
“We’re going to be creating a special edition of the Star Wars myths & fables book that’s exclusive to Galaxy’s Edge,” explained Mann of the book, specifically bound to look like an artifact from Batuu.
“And it contains the nine original stories and six new stories.”
[Swoon] Just add it to the list, Mr. Mann. Just add it to the ever-growing list. “Bright suns,” my friends. #MTFBWY
