More Musical Acts Announced For The ‘Eat To The Beat’ Concert Series
We may be nearing the end of October by Disney is still cooking up a storm over at the Epcot International Food & Wine Festival which runs until November 23rd. There is still plenty of time to get in on the fun from Beverage Semniars and Sunday Brunch with Chefs to Culinary Demos and let’s not forget the incredible Festival Kitchens!
One of the highlights of any Food & Wine Festival visit is definitely the nightly Eat to the Beat concerts held at American Gardens Theater and free to all guests with a valid Epcot admission. Disney has just announced some additional performers for these awesome concerts
Let’s take a look!
Joey Fatone & Friends:
Former NSYNC member Joey Fatone will headline 12 Eat to the Beat Concerts (three each evening) from November 12-14. He’s even bringing along some friends including former bandmate Chris Kirkpatrick as well as Ryan Cabrera. You can expect some powerful performances from this crew so don’t miss your chance to check it out!
BBMak:
Joey will be followed by group BBMak who will be performing from November 15 -16 including their hit “Back Here.”
Spanish Harlem Orchestra:
Sit back and unwind to the incredible sounds of the Spanish Harlem Orchestra who will be playing as part of the Eat to the Beat Concert Series from November 17 – 18. The performance will include their well-known piece “Un Gran Dia en el Barrio.”
DiCapella:
On November 19th, the concert series winds down with DiCappella, Disney Music Group’s a cappella singing group. They’ll definitely have you tapping your toes and singing along!
Eat To The Beat Dining Package:
A great way to guarantee your seat is by making a dining reservation as part of Disney’s Eat to the Beat Dining Package. Available for Breakfast, Lunch or Dinner, at select Epcot restaurants, you get to enjoy a delicious meal along with guaranteed seating to one of the evening’s concerts!
Other Food & Wine Happenings
Apart from the incredible concerts outlined above, there’s still a wide array of awesome events taking place through November 23rd. Here are some of our favorite highlights:
TOMORROW: Oct. 31 – No need for tricks to get your Halloween treat at the “Venison & Wine” Food & Beverage Pairing! This event features Nick Martin from our own Epcot Garden Grill Restaurant and David Crane from Jarvis Estates, Napa, Calif.
Nov. 17 – This Sunday Brunch with feature Food Network cooking star Aarti Sequeira will help you start your day in the most delicious way. Enjoy a sparkling wine toast and her gourmet approach to a flavour-filled breakfast buffet.
Nov. 21 – Mix It, Make It, Celebrate It! This lively interactive culinary workshop is called “Kawaii Kyaraben: Cute Enough to Eat” and will feature a step-by-step walk-through with bento artist OMGiri. Guests will even have a chance to create your own edible bento box featuring a Japanese-inspired onigiri (rice ball) shaped like a Disney-inspired character!
Nov. 21 – Get your sparkle on at a Beverage Seminar with Brenton Blanchard of Chapel Down Winery, England. He will showcase tastings of sparkling wines.
Nov. 22 – Take part in a Culinary Demonstration with cookbook author and festival host Pam Smith, who will present a fish dish you won’t want to miss!
Nov. 22 – This Beverage Seminar will feature California presenter Butch Hoth of St. Francis Winery, Santa Rosa and will focus on wines from the Sonoma County region.
