When you think about Halloween it may conjure up images at parties at Disneyland and Disney World or even Disney Cruise Line’s fantastic Halloween on the High Seas Cruises. But did you know that Aulani, also pulls out the stops every spooky season?
Halloween Aulani Style
On October 24th and 31st, Hālāwai Lawn will transform into a frightfully fun soiree for the entire family. Adults and keiki staying at Aulani Resort are encouraged to don your favorite costumes for this spirited monster bash. Festivities include Craft activities, game stations, tattoos, family games and dance party with Disney friends.
Aulani Resort Trick-or-Treating
On October 31, little keiki can visit various trick-or-treat locations across the Aulani “neighborhood” to receive candy and other special surprises.
Keiki Pumpkin Decorating
Taking place daily from October 6 – 31st, kids can pick up their own mini foam pumpkin from the Pau Hana Pumpkin Patch and enjoy a no-carve decorating experience. All crafting tools and decorating supplies will be provided.
From October 6 – 31st, some of your favorite Disney friends including Mickey, Minnie, Chip, Dale, Goofy, Donald, Daily, Duffy, Shellie May, Pluto and Stitch will put on their Halloween costumes and head out to mingle with guests. These character encounters make for the perfect Aulani memento!
‘Ohana Disney Halloween Movie Nights
Disney’s movies under the stars take a slightly sinister turn on October 14, 17, 21 and 28th. Head out to the Hālāwai Lawn to watch family-friendly Halloween films under the stars! Check the Daily ‘Iwa when you arrive at the resort for a listing of movies, dates and times!
‘Ohana Disney Pumpkin Carving*
This family event will take place on October 29th and 30th. Unleash your creativity to create your own very unique pumpkin creations. The monster-pieces of all the guests will even be placed on display at the Pau Hana rooms where visitors can vote on their favorites!
Halloween Cookie Decorating*
This fun, hands-on class will take place on October 2, 9, 16, 23, and 30. Here you’ll learn different cookie decorating techniques and will have the chance to create fun Disney-themed Halloween sweet treats!
Halloween Fun at Aunty’s Beach House*
Taking place on October 8, 12, 15, 19, 22 and 26, keiki will have a ghoulishly good time at this Halloween party filled with festive games and ghoulish crafts create especially for kids. Oh and be sure to wear your favorite Halloween costume.
A Tropical Take On Pumpkin Spice
In case you weren’t aware, Aulani Resort serves up the iconic theme park treat – Dole Whip. But wait for it….during October, it’s given a seasonal Pumpkin Spice twist! This treat will be available through December at Ulu Cafe.
To make more pumpkin spice dreams come true, enjoy a Pumpkin Spice Latte at Wailana Coffee Bar!
Or last but not least you can indulge in the incredible Pumpkin Spice Shave Ice at Pāpālua Shave Ice.
