Disney Monorail Loses Power with Guests Aboard
Late Thursday night, nearly 100 guests riding the monorail had to be evacuated by Reedy Creek firefighters in a bucket truck. Shortly after leaving the Ticket and Transportation Center, heading to Epcot around 10:30pm, the monorail lost power.
Guests were reporting they had to be evacuated out through the roof. No injuries were reported.
Disney has not responded as to what actually happened or exactly how many people were on the monorail when it happened.
