Disneyland To Open New Bridge Between Parking Lots
Parking can be a pretty big deal at Disneyland, but two new structures have made a big difference for fans in Anaheim.
However, getting on a tram to get into the park has become a part of the pattern for folks who park in the Pixar Pals or Mickey & Friends garages.
Brady MacDonald wrote the story for the Orange County Register:
Disney plans to open a new pedestrian bridge that will make it easier for visitors traveling by foot between the main entrances of Disneyland and Disney California Adventure and the parking garages.
The new Magic Way pedestrian bridge and the landscaped walkway connecting the two parking structures to Downtown Disney will open Friday, Sept. 13, according to Disneyland officials.
The new pedestrian bridge passing over Magic Way connects the outdoor shopping center to the new 6,500-space Pixar Pals garage and the 10,000-space Mickey & Friends parking structure… The bridge will give visitors the option to skip the parking tram shuttle and walk through Downtown Disney to and from the main gate esplanade.
