New Health-Friendly Fare Restaurant, Beatrix, Coming to Disney Springs
Disney Springs can be described as a foodie paradise. With six James Beard Award-winning, chef-owned locations and cuisine options including Italian, Mexican, Asian, Spanish, and all-American on top of unique spots to cure any sweet tooth, there’s something for every palate. And soon, those looking for a healthier bite to eat will have a new place to dine when the all-new Beatrix opens inside the food and entertainment mecca of Disney Springs.
If you aren’t familiar, Beatrix is a restaurant owned by Lettuce Entertain You Enterprises, a Chicago based restaurant group. Beatrix can be described as your neighborhood restaurant, coffeehouse and grab-and-go market featuring healthy food options including vegetarian, gluten-free, and vegan along with fresh-squeezed juice cocktails. In addition, the restaurant will also offer a bakery and full-service bar with a selection of all-American beer and wine.
Marc Jacobs, Executive Partner and Divisional President of Beatrix, said, “Beatrix represents the way people are eating today – it’s that mix of health and comfort. Whether grabbing a cup of coffee and your favorite pastry, or having a cocktail, lunch, or dinner with friends, it’s your neighborhood meeting place.”
