Results From Cameron Boyce’s Death Have Been Revealed
At the beginning of the month, we reported that the star of the much-loved ‘Descendants’ films as well as the Disney Channel hit ‘Jessie’, Cameron Boyce, had passed away at the age of 20. Various news sources including ABC news started reporting on the actor’s passing with his family confirming reports, revealing that his death was due to an ongoing medical condition resulting in a fatal seizure.
It has since been reported by the Los Angeles County coroner’s office says Cameron died unexpectedly from epilepsy.
The family went on to release the following official statement after his death:
“It is with a profoundly heavy heart that we report that this morning we lost Cameron,” a spokesperson said on behalf of the Boyce family. “He passed away in his sleep due to a seizure which was a result of an ongoing medical condition for which he was being treated. The world is now undoubtedly without one of its brightest lights, but his spirit will live on through the kindness and compassion of all who knew and loved him. “We are utterly heartbroken and ask for privacy during this immensely difficult time as we grieve the loss of our precious son and brother.”
Disney Channel canceled the red-carpet premiere of “Descendants 3” after Boyce’s death, and saidthe telecast will be dedicated to Boyce’s memory.
