2019 Central Florida Theme Park Injury Reports Released for 2nd Quarter
Central Florida state reporting of theme park incidents and injuries have been released for the 2nd Quarter of 2019. This covers events occurring April through June at Sea World, Busch Gardens, Walt Disney World, Universal Orlando, and Legoland. The Central Florida theme parks must provide these to the state in order to remain exempt from major inspection.
For the 2nd Quarter of 2019, the 15 incidents and injuries reported occurred at Sea World, Busch Gardens, Walt Disney World, and Universal Orlando. No incidents or injuries were reported at Legoland this quarter.

|6/3/2019||Expedition Everest, 70 year old male, guest became dizzy and|
nauseous after riding the attraction
|6/8/2019||Space Mountain, 61 year old female, guest became ill after riding|
|6/20/2019||Seas with Nemo & Friends, 69 year old female, guest fell and fractured hip while loading onto the attraction|
|4/20/2019||If I Ran the Zoo, 44 year old female, head pain|
|4/24/2019||Fast & Furious – Supercharged, 76 year old female, fainting/chest pain|
|5/26/2019||Puihi Round Raft Ride, 24 year old female, head pain|
|6/6/2019||Fast & Furious – Supercharged, 67 year old female, fainting|
|6/14/2019||Kopiko Wai Winding River, 64 year old female, knee pain|
Please note only illnesses or incidents resulting in a hospital stay of 24-hours or more including deaths are reported.
