Lying just outside of Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge, Guests will be the first fully-immersive from the moment they enter the hotel. They will be transported physically and mentally to a different planet for the duration of their stay. The immersion appears to begin from when guests enter the hotel, as there are explicitly stated security checkpoints that guests must pass through in order to gain entry. It’s unclear whether the security will be for safety purposes or to ensure that all guests are adhering to the fully-immersive nature of the Resort.
The hotel will have a mere 100 or so rooms to house guests. The demand will be through-the-roof, and you’ll have to make a reservation the full 180 days in advance for any hope of snagging a room.
