Country Bears Will Continue Their Jamboree Well Into the Future
This has been a massive week for the dispelling of Disney rumors! At the start of the week, news began circulating that Disney had plans in the works to close down the Enchanted Tiki Room and replace it with a Moana themed attraction. However, yesterday, Disney quickly put the news to rest saying that these reports were indeed false. Today Disney Parks Blog took to tackling another longstanding rumor – the fate of Disney’s Country Bear Jamboree at Frontierland in Walt Disney World. Earlier this Summer reports began to circulate the attraction would be closing for good. However, Disney was quick today to suggest that the bears would be continuing their jamboree well into the future.
According to Disney there are no plans to put the bears in hibernation any time soon! As a matter of fact, in 2021, Walt Disney World will celebrate 50 fantastic years of this awesome animatronic stage show featuring Liver Lips McGrowl and the gang!
So at least for the next three years, this iconic Walt Disney World attraction will continue to put a smile on guests faces and offer a bit of Frontierland refuge during those Summer Orlando downpours!
