“In Summer…” – Stay In A Themed Frozen Fun House
Frozen remains a big deal in our house and various versions of Olaf and Sven and Ana have found a home here with my family. However, I am sure there are many broods ready to find a “real” home — a Frozen Fun House if you will — with the gang from the Frozen films and shorts.
If that description fits the bill for your fam, have I got news for you. Located near the gates of Walt Disney World, Frozen obsessed fans can find the ultimate vacation home.
Just a three-mile drive to Walt Disney World
Olaf’s Frozen Funhouse is a seven bedroom, six bathroom home located in Formosa Gardens Estates. The home was built in 2003 but purchased in Sept. 2015 and completely renovated. The home features four king master bedrooms each with its own private bathroom and three themed kid bedrooms. The Frozen themed bedrooms are the Sleigh room with Sven, the Castle room with Anna & Elsa and Oaken’s Trading Post. The home also features a Frozen themed movie theater with theater style seating for 10. The home has a large heated pool, a heated spa, and a themed splashpad.
Formosa Gardens Estates is a gated and walled estate community located just three miles from Disney World off of Route 192W. The neighborhood is in a quiet, tranquil area yet only a one minute drive to a Target Superstore, grocery stores, pharmacies, a medical walk-in clinic, and many restaurants including Outback Steakhouse and Carrabbas. Formosa Gardens is less than a three mile drive to Disney World!

For the Princes and Princesses and Race Car Drivers of your party, Olaf’s Frozen Funhouse proudly offers three Disney Frozen themed bedrooms. The bedroom themes include the Sven’s Sleigh, Elsa’s Ice Castle, and Oaken’s Trading Post.
The Oaken’s Trading Post bedroom and bathroom are located on the first floor next to the breakfast nook. Painted to look like Oaken’s Trading Post, this room is sure to delight any young child. The furniture in this room includes a themed bunkbed shaped like the Trading Post. The bottom bed is a full-size bed, and the top bed is a twin size. The top bunk accommodates children under 150 pounds, the bottom bunk can accommodate kids and/or adults who are “kids at heart”. This room offers a 32-inch LCD television.
Sven’s Sleigh room features two twin beds shaped like sleighs. There is a large mural of Sven pulling the sleighs and Olaf is also featured in the room. These beds can accommodate children and adults and are normal twin size beds. This room offers a 40 -inch LCD television and a built-in closet system.
The Coolest Pool Ever at the Frozen Fun House
Pool? Pool, did you say? Well, this house has the coolest Frozen pool ever. That was awkward phrasing, buy you get my point.
