Epcot’s Biergarten: MickeyBlog.com in World Showcase
Dinner and a show. Sounds good, no? And that’s especially so when the entertainment and the food is coming from Epcot’s Biergarten!
MickeyBlog.com ducked out of “99-degree” temperatures in Lake Buena Vista, Florida and braved the buffet; bringing you the stage show from the Germany Pavilion in World Showcase.
Tough job, but somebody’s got to do it!
Coming to you LIVE from Biergarten!

Having never been to this show/restaurant, it was fun to see some of the stuff I’ve missed. Per the Official Walt Disney World site in Epcot’s Biergarten you’ll find:
Boisterous German Buffet in Epcot’s Biergarten
Be transported to a traditional Bavarian village as you feast on German fare to the oompah beat of a lively band.
At communal, biergarten-style tables, enjoy such rotating buffet selections as bratwurst, rotisserie chicken, pork schnitzel and a variety of salads. Save room for Bavarian cheesecake and hand-pulled apple strudel, made fresh daily!
Polka on down to the dance floor, or simply relax in the twilit atmosphere and raise a stein to over 200 years of Oktoberfest celebrations. Guests 21 years of age and up can enjoy a slew of German beers and wines.
Highlights of the video
- Throughout: Great views of the hall, theming, stage.
- 1:10 – Buffet breakdown: “You only live once…” Check out the offerings.
- 5:25 – The show begins: “When in Germany!” When does the band play?
- 13:00 – Bell Show: Just watch. I can’t explain.
- 17:50 – German Horns: “Ricola!”
- 19:50 – Polka!
I really enjoyed the show, commentary at the beginning. And now I am excited to get this experience on a future itinerary. You too? MickeyTravels can help!
