Sugarboo and Co. Now Open at Downtown Disney District in Disneyland Resort
Sugarboo and Co. a new speciality boutique has recently opened its doors at Downtown Disney in Disneyland Resort! This retailer refers to itself as a “Dealer in Whimsy” and it’s easy to understand why. At this new shop, you’ll find a treasure trove of imported jewelry, handmade ceramics, paper goods and decor with inspiring sayings.
Whether you’re looking for an inspirational gift for a friend or family member or a special treat for yourself, Sugarboo is the perfect one-stop-shop. This family-run business has been winning clients over for creating feel-good products and derives its name from the nicknames that artist/owner Rebecca Puig has for her children.
A quick look at some of the bracelets and necklaces on offer reveals that Sugarboo has many mantras about putting good things into the world!
Rebecca Puig had this to say about the items you’ll find in her shop, “I want to be very intentional about the messages I am putting into the world. I am aware my artwork and designs are in people’s homes, which are their sanctuaries. Home is where they recharge, dream, grow and thrive. My hope is that my creations inspire people in this process.”
Visitors to the Downtown Disney location will want to be on the lookout for a new line of metal reusable straws which will be on sale starting this Summer. The shop has also rolled out a line of canvas planters offering a beautiful way to showcase house plants. Another must-have item is the 365 gathered thoughts jar. It’s a distressed glass jar that looks like an old flea market find where you can keep all your dreams, adventures and memories!
Sugarboo & Co. is just one example of unique new offerings the Downtown Disney District, where this vibrant entertainment, dining and shopping promenade has introduced many new speciality experiences including The Disney Dress Shop, Disney Home, Splitsville Luxury Lanes, The VOID, the reimagined World of Disney and the re-designed Naples Ristorante e Bar, Napolini Pizzeria and Wetzel’s Pretzels. Other recent additions new include Ballast Point Brewing Co., Salt & Straw scoop shop and Black Tap Craft Burgers & Shakes.
