10 Ways to Add a Bit of Aladdin Magic To Your Walt Disney World Getaway
It’s officially Aladdin weekend with the live-action version of Disney’s animated classic opening up in theaters across the country. With the excitement for all things Aladdin reaching fever pitch, we here at MickeyBlog thought we’d share with you some exciting ways to add a bit of Aladdin magic to your next Walt Disney World visit!
Meet Characters from Aladdin in Adventureland
Adventureland is Aladdin’s home at the Magic Kingdom. Here You’ll find him and Jasmine on hand at the exotic marketplace. They hold court under a beautiful awning in the bazaar and are always happy to meet with guests and pose for photos! They’re usually there to meet guests at intervals from 9:30 am until around 5:30 pm.
Magic Carpets of Aladdin
Enjoy a new fantastic point of view as you soar above Adventureland in the Magic Kingdom aboard a 4-passenger flying carpet and take off into the air to the soothing sounds of Middle Eastern music. Soar around a giant genie bottle and magic lamp and enjoy a new view of the colorful bazaar below. If you’re seated in the front row, you can even direct how high or low you fly by moving an onboard lever up or down. If you’re sitting in the back row, pressing a magic scarab will tip your flying carpet forward or backward. It’s the perfect ride for kids of all ages. Also, be on the lookout for the spitting camel at the ride’s entrance!
Meet Princess Jasmine in Morocco
As you stroll the streets at Epcot’s beautiful Morrocan Pavilion you’ll feel like you’re right out of a scene from Aladdin in the bustling Agrabah market. Meander through the elegant archways and stunning courtyards until you find the Princess in her home away from home. She’ll be on hand to pose for an unforgettable photo and will inspire you to explore all the wonders nestled in this wonderful section of the World Showcase. Jasmine is usually on hand to meet with guests from 11:45 am- 5:30 pm.
Get a Sneak Peek Of Aladdin at Hollywood Studios
For a limited time, visitors to Disney’s Hollywood Studios can enjoy a special preview of scenes from Aladdin. The preview is presented as part of the Walt Disney Presents attraction which is near the entrance to the all-new Toy Story Land
Experience a Whole New World at Mickey’s Philharmagic
In my opinion, this awesome 3D adventure featuring key scenes from many of your favorite Disney films is one of the most underrated attractions at Walt Disney World. There is a beautiful scene in this show that features the beloved magic carpet ride Aladdin and Jasmine take. There are rarely long lines for Philharmagic and the theater is comfy and air-conditioned making it the perfect place to cool off and rest those weary theme park feet!

Make her dreams of becoming Princess Jasmine come true with an incredible makeover at Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique. There are two locations one at Cinderella’s Castle in the Magic Kingdom and another at Disney Springs. Mingle With Jasmine and the Other Princesses at Cinderella’s Royal Table
One of these most popular character dining experiences at Walt Disney World, Cinderella’s Royal Table is the place to be for Princess lovers! Though the Princesses on hand to great you does change, Princess Jasmine has been a regular part of the line-up making this the perfect dining spot for Aladdin fans. Reservations can be made here for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
