There are so many awesome places to eat at Walt Disney World that knowing which ones to focus one can be tough work. Nowhere is this more true than Disney Springs, Disney’s downtown shopping district which is absolutely brimming with amazing eateries. 1.The Perfect Place For a Sweet Treat – Amorette’s Patisserie
Let’s start with a little something for those that prefer a little sweet treat while out shopping! Amorette’s Patisserie is an absolute treasure trove of delicious eats and treats. You’ll find everything here from the Aladdin petit cake above to larger celebration cakes including the now famous Mickey Dome Cake. The shop also features treats like cookies, eclairs, hot chocolate ganache and wine freezes. The open kitchen also means that you can watch these incredible pastry chefs hard at work.
2. The Perfect Meal for Iron Chef Fans – Morimoto Asia
From Iron Chef America to your table, the incredible pan-Asian cuisine of James Beard Award-winning celebrity chef, Masaharu Morimoto, brings exciting new twists to time-honored dishes. There’s also incredible cocktails and a second-floor sushi bar that is sure to delight!
3. The Perfect Spot for Dino Lovers- TREX
If you’ve got tiny tots that love all things Dino-related than make this you’re go-to dining spot! From gigantic animatronic critters to lush jungle landscapes this restaurant has it all. You’ll also love T-REX’s American cuisine including burgers for carnivores (the Bronto Burger and Guac-asaurus Burger, for example) and salads for herbivores (Jurassic or Caesar-saurus Salad.)
4. For Florida Cuisine at Its Best – Chef Art Smith’s Homecoming
Head over to this popular Disney Springs eatery for some Sunshine State-style comfort food. The brainchild of James Beard Award-winning chef, Art Smith, Homecomin’ offers flavorful dishes with highlights including deviled eggs, fried chicken, and the indulgent signature dessert, the Shine Cake.
5. For the Most Instagram-Worthy Meal- The Edison
On the surface, this industrial nightclub looks like something straight out of The Great Gatsby but it’s also the home to some pretty impressive American cuisine! You’ll find everything from craft cocktails to delicious dishes like their famous Clothesline Candied Bacon and Edison Burger. With incredible rooms to explore, this venue is an Instagram lovers dream. After 10pm adults 21 and over will also love the eclectic nighttime acts that frequent the stage!
6. For a Picnic With Your Friends – The Basket at Wine Bar George
You’ll find this counter service window just underneath the outdoor terrace of Wine Bar George. It’s the perfect spot to grab some savory snacks, sandwiches or the perfect vintage from the amazing wine list! They even offer a popular “Build a Picnic Basket” option which allows you to find your perfect Disney Springs waterfront spot and enjoy a relaxing afternoon. Best of all, you get to keep the basket!
7. For Those That Love a Good Barbecue – The Polite Pig
Here’s one for all you carnivores! The Polite Pig is the perfect place for barbecue lovers to chow down on amazing American eats! From the comfortable Southern vibe to craft beers, bourbon flights and meats galore this restaurant is sure to satisfy your cravings!

This upscale Italian eatery serves up some of the best slices we’ve ever had! This is the perfect spot for piping-hot woodfired pizzas perfect for sharing! For adults, they also pair well with some of the incredible libations on offer!
