Check Out This Behind-The-Scenes Look at Wonderful World of Animation Premiering Tonight at Hollywood Studios
Here at MickeyBlog, we are giddy with excitement over the fact that “Wonderful World of Animation” the all-new cinematic nighttime experience will be making its debut at Hollywood Studios this evening! The production will feature state-of-the-art projection mapping technology and other effects to bring some of Disney’s most magical animation moments to life!
The end product is the culmination of months of work by the Disney Parks Live Entertainment Team who are making their final preparations as we speak. Though it was business as usual during the day at Hollywood Studios, after park closure the production team and creative designers have gone into the park fine-tuning everything for its dazzling premiere. Let’s take a look!
For those lucky enough to be at Walt Disney World in the weeks and months ahead, this new nighttime offering is a must-do. “Wonderful World of Animation” begins with the one-and-only Mickey Mouse, celebrating his starring role in “Fantasia” before launching into other sequences vignettes with themes like magic, family, adventure, romance, villainy and friendship. Each segment is brought to life through memorable moments from Disney and Pixar animated films, from “Coco” and “The Incredibles” to “Sleeping Beauty” and “Ralph Breaks the Internet.”
We are confident that “Wonderful World of Animation” will be the perfect complement to an awesome day of adventures at Disney’s Hollywood Studios and a great way to celebrate the park’s 30th anniversary.
