Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge Merchandise That We Know About So Far
Can you feel the The Force getting closer??? I’m so excited for the debut of Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge at Disneyland Resort and Disney’s Hollywood Studios later this year! This morning we have more fun things to talk about too. Even more Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge merchandise items have been unveiled that will be available when we step onto the planet of Batuu. Let’s take a look…
“Most of these products have never been seen before by any of our fans,” Devon Figge of Merchandise Events at Walt Disney World Resort said. “They’ll see the same product no matter where the come – so, they can visit us on either coast and live their Star Wars story.”
If you want to start planning your shopping adventure. Here are the Star Wars Galaxy’s Edge merchandise locations you’ll want to visit:
Savi’s Workshop – Handbuilt Lightsabers
Travel to Black Spire Outpost, where a group known as the “Gatherers” ushers you into a covert workshop packed with unusual parts, whimsical pieces and miscellaneous memorabilia collected from the far reaches of the galaxy.
Under their guidance, you can construct your very own one-of-a-kind lightsaber and bring it to life through the power of kyber crystals. Builders beware—you must protect the shop’s secrecy to avoid being discovered by the First Order!
Select from the following lightsaber themes:
- Peace and Justice – Utilize salvaged scraps of fallen Jedi temples and crashed starships in Republic-era lightsaber designs that honor the galaxy’s former guardians.
- Power and Control – Originally forged by warriors from the dark side, objects used in this lightsaber style are rumored remnants from the Sith homeworld and abandoned temples.
- Elemental Nature – Craft your lightsaber from special components born from the Force—an energy created by all living things, like Brylark trees, Cartusion whale bones and even Rancor teeth.
- Protection and Defense – Incorporate hilt materials bearing mysterious motifs and inscriptions that reconnect users with the ancient wellspring of the Force.
Droid Depot
Visit a workshop stocked with stacks of parts, chips, manuals and other tech items useful for constructing your very own droid, one of the galaxy’s most indispensable sidekicks. Pick from the popular BB-series or R-series unit, then begin designing, building and activating your droid. It’s an exciting interactive experience galactic travelers will never forget! Plus, you’ll have the opportunity to purchase premade and premium droids, model kits and accessories as well as a cool collection of unique, upcycled objects crafted from scrap parts.
First Order Cargo
The First Order has recently arrived in Black Spire Outpost in pursuit of the Resistance. Report for duty and make your way to Docking Bay 9. It’s here where the First Order has set up a temporary post next to their shuttle. They hope to win the hearts and minds of the locals. It’s here you can find crates of gear, uniforms and other supplies.
Resistance Supply
Rendezvous with other Resistance allies in a forested area near the ancient ruins. There, members of the Resistance have set up a secret makeshift post where you can join the cause to defeat the First Order. Stock up on essential gear and supplies so you’re prepared for your next mission, wherever it may take you. Things you can find here include Resistance uniforms, pins, badges, and hats. You can also find helmets, jackets, maps, tools, training supplies, food rations and other items.
Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge Merchandise Market Stalls
There are also several market stalls which sell a variety of merchandise such as:
- Toydarian Toymaker (toys)
- Creature Stall (interesting critters that you can take home with you)
- Black Spire Outfitters (clothing)
- The Jewels of Bith (accessories and other trinkets to treasure)
