Check Out the New Awesome Menu Items Available Now at Chef Art Smith’s Homecomin’
Earlier this week, we here at MickeyBlog shared with you the news that Chef Art Smith’s Homecomin’, the beloved Disney Springs eatery would begin serving their weekend brunch from 9:30 am. Today we are excited to share further news about the delicious farm to fork offerings you’ll find here! According to a recent post on Twitter, they have added a handful of fabulous items to their already brilliant menu. Let’s take a closer look:
Grilled Mahi and Shrimp
Fresh Mahi Mahi and ancho-chilli spiced shrimp served with a creamy citrus sauce, roasted sweet potatoes and braised kale and collard greens. This entre will set you back $30.
Porterhouse Pork Chop
Chargrilled pork chop served with warm peach chutney, sweet corn spoon bread, and French green beans sauteed with caramelized onions. $28.00
Summer Farmhouse Salad
House smoked turkey, grilled peaches, avocado, candied pecans, blueberries, red onion and feta cheese tossed in green goddess dressing. $18.00
Big Mahi Sandwich
Hand-breaded Mahi Mahi dressed with cabbage slaw, mango salsa and chipotle cream sauce on a brioche bun. Served with house-made barbecue chips. $18.00
House Smoked Turkey Chili
Our version of Chef Art’s signature smoked cooked chilli made with house-smoked turkey and served with a spoon bread fritter. $12.00
Indian River Paloma
Ruby red grapefruit moonshine, freshly muddled lime and Q premium grapefruit soda. $12.00
Blood Orange Madras
Blood orange moonshine, freshly muddled strawberries, pineapple puree and cranberry juice. $12.00

Those on the Disney Dining Plan will be pleased to know that dining here will set you back one Table Service dining credit!
