WonderGround Gallery at Downtown Disney Announces April Artists
If you’ll be paying a visit to Downtown Disney this April, be sure to pop by the WonderGround Gallery where you can watch talented artists demonstrating their craft and showcasing some of their awesome Disney-themed work.
Alishea Gibson
This month’s featured artist loves coffee, all things Disney and hails from Northern California. She studied at the University of California, Berkeley and Animation Collaborative before developing her skills as a character designer and story artist under the tutelage of the veterans at Walt Disney Animation Studios. Her work is known for its cheerful mood and sense of humor!
Alishea will be appearing at WonderGround: April 6-7, 27-28 from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m.
Ann Shen
Ann Shen is the WonderGround Artist in Residence for April. She is an illustrator and graphic designer from Los Angeles. After graduating from ArtCenter College of Design, Ann worked for various design and toy companies before striking out on her own. Here work, known for its colors and sense of whimsy has been featured in a number of publications, products, theme parks and galleries around the world.
Be sure to come by and meet Ann on the following dates: April 6-7, 13-14, 20 -21, 27-28 from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m.
