Boy do we have a special treat for LEGO fans!  To celebrate the 90th anniversary of Mickey Mouse, LEGO is unveiling this stunning Steamboat Willie set which is a must-have for any Disney and/or LEGO collector.  This set pays homage to the 1928 black-and-white animated short film “Steamboat Willie,” which was also the first Disney film to have synchronized sound! 

This LEGO set featuring the S.S. Willie features steam pipes that actually move up and down and paddle wheels that actually rotate when pushed along.  The boat’s bridge also has room for a minifigure and features nautical details like a ship’s wheel, life buoy and buildable bell.  The deck also comes with a working crane to lift ‘potato bin’ cargo. 

But that’s not all! The set also comes with both a Mickey Mouse and Minnie Mouse minifigure. Each comes with special silver-colored decorations.  There’s also a parrot figure.
