12 of Our Favorite Vegan Options at Disney Springs
With so many amazing eateries to choose from, Disney Springs – Walt Disney World’s downtown shopping district can be a food lovers paradise! However, when it comes to those on a Vegetarian or Vegan diet, knowing which eateries to include during your stay can involve a great deal of research! That’s why we here at MickeyBlog thought we’d provide you with a jumpstart by sharing 12 of our favorite vegan dishes. Each of these tasty treats is definitely worth a try during your next visit!
1. Rice and Bean Taco – Springs Street Tacos
For those looking for a quick bite while you window shop we definitely recommend a visit to Disney’s food trucks. You’ll find them in Exposition Park on Disney’s West Side! For a Vegan-friendly dish, we recommend the Rice and Bean Taco. Its made up of Yellow Rice, Black Beans, Roasted Corn and Peppers as well as Pico de Gallo, Raddish and Lime. Order it without the Queso Fresco! This treat will set you back $7.50.

3. Dole Whip- Marketplace Snacks
That’s right! You don’t have to visit the theme parks to indulge in one of Walt Disney World’s most iconic treats! Marketplace Snacks located in the Marketplace area of Disney Springs has been serving up this soft-serve treat for a few years now! The treat is also Vegan making it the perfect way to cool off during those hot Orlando afternoons!
4. Vegan Pizza – Blaze Fast -Fire’d Pizza
Satisfy your pizza cravings with a visit to Blaze. This pizza chain has a location in Town Center and they offer vegan cheese and a wide range of fresh plant-based toppings for a truly filling lunch or dinner!
5. The Big Q- Raglan Road
For those looking to enjoy a pint and some incredible Irish dancing head on over to Raglan Road Irish pub for a dining experience like no other. Our go-to Vegan entree is The Big Q. It’s a red quinoa and white bean burger topped with zucchini and tomato chutney and comes on a wholegrain bun. Order it without the Dubliner cheddar and herb aioli! It will set you back $16.00.
6. Veggie Bowl- Splitsville Luxury Lanes
If you’re looking for a fun activity for your family or group, rent a lane at Splitsville Luxury Lanes for some bowling fun. Splitsville also offers an eclectic menu that is a far cry from the standard snacks you’ll find at your neighborhood bowling alley so be sure to bring your appetites. For those on a Vegan diet, you may want to try the Veggie Bowl without the kimchi sauce. This tasty entree is made up of a Broccoli, kale and mixed veggie stir-fry topped with avocado and green onions. It’s served over sushi rice! For starters, there’s also a delicious Edamame appetizer!
7. Vegan Red Velvet Cupcakes- Sprinkles Bakery
Indulge your sweet tooth with a visit to Sprinkles in The Marketplace at Disney Springs. The Red Velvet Cupcakes are rich and delightful and are filled with vegan-friendly ingredients including all natural soymilk, tofu-based cream cheese and pure coconut oil!
8. Vegan-Friendly Starters – Enzo’s Hideaway
For those looking to sit back, relax and enjoy a cocktail or two paired with some delicious grub Enzo’s Hideaway is just the place. Some vegan offerings that we’ve enjoyed in the past include Cauliflower Agro Dulce which comes with Roasted Tri-Colore Cauliflower, Green Beans, Pine Nuts, Golden Raisins as well as the Misticanza Salad with Mixed Baby Greens, Fennel, Rainbow Carrots, Apple, White Balsamic Vinaigrette. Both dishes will set you back around $10.00
9. Hot Veggie Sandwich – Earl of Sandwich
This sandwich shop has a bit of a cult following among Disney regulars and a reputation for whipping up some pretty delicious sarnies. For those looking for Vegan options, we recommend the Veggie Sandwhich sans the cucumber and Mediterranean Dressing. It comes piled high with red peppers, red onions, lettuce and Roma tomatoes! At $6.99 it’s a lunchtime steal!
10. Guacamole and Chips- Paradiso 37
If (like us) you’re a guacamole fan then you’ll definitely want to stop here to feast on the delicious House-made Guacamole and chips. Its made of Hass Avocado, tomato, lime juice, chopped Serrano Pepper, cilantro, red onion and gluten-friendly Tortilla Chips. We’re also fans of the Mouse-made Fire-roast salsa. Try them both!
11. The Impossible™ Burger – The Edison
We absolutely love the gothic-industrial vibes at The Edison. Its the perfect place to escape the hustle and bustle of Walt Disney World. Those looking for Vegan-friendly dining here can order up The Impossible Burger which comes with Lettuce, Tomato, Pickle, and Onion on a Kaiser Roll (Vegan). For $18.00 and paired with one of the delicious drinks on offer it makes for the perfect relaxing lunch/dinner.
12. Vegan-Friendly Appetizers and Sides- Frontera Cocina
There are several vegan-friendly options at Frontera Cocina that have us coming back. Some of our favorites include the Toasted Pumpkin Seed Hummus, which is made up of a Yucatecan pumpkin-seed-habanero dip and is served with cucumber, jicama and tortilla chips. There’s also the delicious Arroz con Plaintains which is white rice studded with plantains and cilantro as well as the Mushroom Torta when ordered without goat cheese it comes with Woodland mushrooms, arugula, lime, chipotle salsa and taqueria salad.
