Disneyland New Years Eve Fireworks Might Be Cancelled!
It’s been a very busy day on both coasts for the Disney parks. Earlier today, Magic Kingdom had to turn away guests due to reaching capacity. Guests were being offered a $50 gift card, which you can see details of here. As of 5:30 PM EST the park opened back up.
The official Disneyland Today Twitter account tweeted earlier today that their New Year’s Eve “Fantasy in the Sky” firework may be cancelled due to high winds!
Due to high winds, tonight’s New Year's Eve “Fantasy in the Sky” fireworks may be canceled. Be sure to stop by our Countdown Celebrations in either Disneyland or Disney California Adventure Park. Check the Disneyland app or pick up a Times Guide for details.
