Disney Cruise Line Top of List When it Comes to Customer Service
If you have ever sailed with Disney Cruise Line, then it will come as no surprise that Newsweek has ranked them number one when it comes to customer service. Per a Statista-Newsweek survey, Disney Cruise Line is the top recommended company by American consumers as they are most likely to suggest taking a Disney Cruise to their family and friends.
Here is the complete list:
1. Disney Cruise Line
The pinnacle for cruise vacations, Disney Cruise Line was founded after negotiations between Disney and Royal Caribbean and Carnival fell through.
2. See’s Candies
The candy company founded in Californias has been serving up chocolates, toffee and peanut brittle made with an original, family recipe since 1921.
3. Justice
If you have a tween in your family, then you are probably familiar with this clothing store. Justice boasts over 1,100 locations in the United States and Canada. Earlier this year, they also stated their own entertainment division called Justice Studio.

4. Land’s End
The Wisconsin-based clothing store originally started in a basement as a mail-order yachting gear company. Since then, it has grown to become a major retailer of clothing and homewares.
5. Chick-Fil-A
This fast-food chain got its start in Atlanta in 1967 and has since grown to include over 2,100 stores nationwide. The “A” in its name stands for “top quality” ingredients. Fun fact: The restaurant’s famous waffle fries are its best-selling menu item and not the chicken sandwich!
6. Publix
Shopping really is a pleasure at Publix. (There motto is “Where Shopping is a Pleasure”) Founded in 1935, the supermarket chain now includes over 1,100 stores in the United States – mostly in the Southeast. Publix is also a great place to work as well. It made Forbe’s Top 100 List for best places to work.
7. Vitacost
Vitacost sells vitamins, supplements, and other health-related needs online. It was purchased by supermarket chain Kroger in 2014 for $280 million.
8. Morton’s the Steakhouse
Morton’s is one of the most iconic steakhouses in America with 74 restaurants. Originally founded in Chicago in 1978, it is known for its 48-pound porterhouse that serves two and its desire “to provide genuine hospitality.”
9. Avon
The oldest company on the list, Avon was started in 1886 to give women a chance to earn an independent income. The company is known for its beauty products and home goods.

10. Cracker Barrel
Did you even go on a road trip if you didn’t stop at a Cracker Barrel?! The restaurant known for its southern cooking has 658 locations in a total of 45 states. In addition to some good home cooking, each restaurant includes a fun and unique gift shop.
