Disneyland Resort – Have an Incredible New Year’s Eve at PCH Grill
Still looking for something to do on New Year’s Eve? If you are going to be on the West Coast, you cannot miss the INCREDIBLE New Year’s Eve at Disney’s Paradise Pier Hotel.
The event features a delicious buffet with all-you-care-to-eat selections such as New England clam chowder, herb-marinated prime rib, pan-seared wild mushroom blend, Yule log, tiramisu cheesecake, and more. Children will be delighted to nosh on petite grilled beef tips, oven-baked mac and cheese, and even build-your-own-pizzas!
After you enjoy all the delicious food, it’s time to head over to the Pacific Ballroom where all in attendance will be treated to a New Years Party for the ages with dazzling lights, lively music, and two countdowns to midnight! Both countdowns will feature a celebratory toast and a balloon drop.
As an added bonus, I am hearing that some INCREDIBLE characters will be on hand to join in all the fun!
The INCREDIBLE New Year’s Eve party takes place on December 31, 2018. Dinner is served from 5 to 10pm. The party will start at 6:30pm and end at 12:30am.

Walt Disney World Resort – Dine with Chef Mickey and Friends at Disney’s Contemporary Resort
A meal at Chef Mickey’s is a must for my family during our DIsney vacations to Walt Disney World! You have to love the convenience of getting there – a quick walk or Monorail ride away from the Magic Kingdom and you can dine with the Fab 5 all at once! Talk about a win-win!
The food is also amazing as well! From carving stations featuring prime rib, roasted turkey, and even north Atlantic salmon to an array of vegetables, cheeses, pasta, bread, seafood, and more, there is truly something for everyone in the family! Guests are invited to start your meal off with artisan breads and cheeses, fresh fruit, and house-made salads that even include vegan kale and quinoa salads with dried cranberries or toy box tomato salads with arugula and champagne vinaigrette. And for the main course, why not grab some seafood paella with clams and mussels or even a tender pot roast paired with Yukon gold mashed potatoes?
And of course, they have the kids covered! Children’s selections include chicken tenders, whole grain turkey, mac and cheese, corn dog nuggets, vegetables, and more! (I typically find myself enjoying items from the kid’s buffet as well!)
To finish it all off, a delicious dessert buffet is offered that includes classic Mickey Domes with a cookies and cream cookie base or one of my favorite sweets – the Cookie Dough Cannoli!
