Celebrate Five Years of ‘Frozen’ with These 5 Ideas
Can you believe that this week marks five years since we have “Let it Go?!” That’s right, “Frozen” debuted in theaters five years ago this week! To celebrate this magical milestone, we have put together 5 ways to celebrate its 5th anniversary since the day the Arendelle palace gates were opened!
1. Watch “Frozen”
We’ll start off with an easy one. Break out the “Frozen” DVD or Blu-Ray (if it’s not already in the player) and get wrapped up once again in the saga of the famous sisters – Anna and Elsa.
2. Watch the Shorts
What has kept us going since “Frozen” debuted and until “Frozen 2” premieres next year, is the shorts or mini-movies that have been released – Frozen Fever and Olaf’s Frozen Adventure.
3. See “Frozen” on Broadway
If you find yourself in New York City, head over to the St. James Theater to experience Anna, Elsa, and all of their friends – LIVE! It’s a must-do for any Disney lover and there is “snow” way you won’t be amazed.
4. Ride “Frozen Ever After” at Epcot
What might be my favorite ride in all of Walt Disney World – “Frozen Ever After” invites Guests to hoist their sails on a one-of-a-kind adventure through Arendelle. Along the journey, you will spot the whole gang including Anna, Elsa, Olaf, Sven, and more! When you get off, make sure to go over and say “hi” to the sisters themselves!
5. Watch “Frozen— Live at the Hyperion” in Disney California Adventure Park
If you can’t make it to New York City and are over on the West Coast but are craving a live performance of “Frozen”, all you have to do is head to the Disneyland Resort and Disney California Adventure Park. There, you will find the live stage show at the Hyperion Theater with performances three times daily!
