Names and Details Announced for New Restaurants Coming to Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort
There’s much excitement going on right now at Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort! Just this morning, the booking window opened for the new Gran Destino Tower that is scheduled to open on July 9, 2019. Now, we are receiving information on the two new restaurants that will also be opening when the new tower opens.

Toledo – Tapas, Steak & Seafood
Toledo – Tapas, Steak & Seafood invites guests to treat their senses to Spanish-inspired cuisine and sweeping views at this new intimate rooftop restaurant. Toledo will be located atop the 15-story Gran Destino Tower and will serve tapas, steak and seafood dishes featuring seasonal ingredients and bold flavors. To complement every meal, a delightful selection of wines from Spain and California will also be offered.
Three Bridges Bar & Grill
Three Bridges Bar & Grill
When Three Bridges Bar & Grill opens, it will feature relaxing, lakefront views at Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort offering sandwiches, shared plates, salads and more. Three Bridges will be located in the center of the Lago Doroado and get it’s name from the three bridges that connect the resort to the new restaurant.
As mentioned, both Toledo – Tapas, Steak & Seafood and Three Bridges Bar & Grill will open with the Gran Destino Tower on July 9, 2019.
