Mickey Mouse is gearing up for his birthday celebrations as he turns 90 this year! The Big Cheese was ‘born’ (made his debut) on November 18th, 1928 and has been a very popular mouse over the years!

Entertainment

Guests visiting Magic Kingdom this weekend will be able to party with the Main Mouse! There will be tons of limited-time entertainment, specialty food and beverage options, new merchandise items and much more. Special show enhancements and musical moments celebrating this incredibly special anniversary are just a few of the entertainment specials.

There will even be a Tomorrowland Birthday Celebration Dance Party (only offered on November 17th and 18th). After partying, be sure to stop by Town Square Theatre. You can sign Mickey Mouse’s birthday card and wish him a happy birthday!

Party Food

The party food is also going to be incredible! Delicious new items can be found such as the Birthday Bash Push Pop, (I’m really excited about this one). It’s filled with birthday cake pastry cream and layered with cake crumbles and buttercream. It comes topped with glitter sprinkles! Guests can also find a savory burger with a Mickey bun, a Confetti Mickey Pretzel and a Minnie Kitchen Sink Sundae! Tons of yummy birthday party food!

Merchandise

Of course, everyone will need a party shirt! To celebrate this very special occasion, there will be tons of limited merchandise items available. This includes new products in celebration of Mickey’s 90th anniversary as well as a brand new collection in Celebration of the Mouse where Disney artists pay tribute to Mickey Mouse with deluxe prints, limited edition gallery wraps, note cards, and a tote. Speaking of Disney artists, special artist signings will be taking place from 6 p.m. – 8 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday.

Annual Passholders will also get a special pop-up merchandise event at Magic Kingdom Park beginning at 7:30 AM on November 16th. More details to follow!
