Your Guide to Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party 2018
If you really want to get in the holiday spirit, a visit to Walt Disney World during the holiday season and Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party is a must! Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party invites guests to celebrate the spirit of the season with beautiful decor, glistening holiday lights, limited-edition photo opportunities, “snow,”, and must-see entertainment.
“A Frozen Holiday Wish”
The first must-see entertainment offering is “A Frozen Holiday Wish” that kicks off the festivities each evening right after the sun sets. Guests in attendance are invited to watch the favorite “Frozen” sisters, Anna and Elsa transform Cinderella Castle into a shimmering ice palace for the holiday season. Queen Elsa’s transformation occurs nightly on the Castle Forecourt Stage.
“Mickey’s Most Merriest Celebration”
“Mickey’s Most Merriest Celebration” is a stage show featuring Mickey and the gang! Guests can expect to see visits from Minnie, Donald, Daisy, Goofy and Pluto, and more as they sing your favorite holiday carols donned in their holiday finest.
“Mickey’s Once Upon a Time Christmas Parade”
“Mickey’s Once Upon a Time Christmas Parade” might be my favorite parade of them all! Featuring dancing gingerbread men, Disney characters, Santa Claus, and my personal favorite, the marching toy soldiers; it is sure to bring a smile to guests of all ages.
“Holiday Wished Fireworks – Celebrate the Spirit of the Season”
Guests attending Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party will be in awe when they look to the sky for “Holiday Wishes Fireworks – Celebrate the Spirit of the Season.” The iconic fireworks display is set your favorite holiday tunes and will light up the sky above Cinderella Castle and all of the Magic Kingdom.
Treats and Sips
You won’t go hungry while taking in Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party! All guests are offered complimentary hot cocoa and cookies as they make their way around the party. In addition, several limited-edition treats offered only during the party are available for purchase.
Character Meet and Greets
And, just like Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party, the Christmas Party offers guests the opportunity to meet-and-greet with rare Disney characters. In previous years, Jack Skellington as Sandy Claus, Scrooge McDuck, the Seven Dwarfs, and Moana have made appearances. You never know who will pop up in 2018!
Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party requires a separate ticket to attend and is offered on the following dates from 7pm to midnight:
- November 8, 9, 12, 13, 15, 16, 25, 27 and 29
- December 2, 4, 6, 7, 9, 11, 13, 14, 16, 18, 20 and 21
So, what are you waiting for?! Now is the time to start planning your visit for Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party if you haven’t done so already!
