Gear Up For School With ShopDisney!
The last thing I want to be thinking about on this beautifully sunny September day is colder weather. I don’t know if it was the winter coat-clad family in a TV commercial that I saw yesterday or the fact that shopDisney has dropped hot new school supplies, but for some reason, I’ve got colder days on the mind and I can’t seem to shake the end-of-summer mindset.
Luckily, we’ve got a tiny bit more of warm days ahead before we all have to dress like that family in the commercial, but no matter how tightly my little cousins close their eyes and wish, school has started back and there are the essentials your son or daughter will need to show their Disney pride from the classroom to the playground!
Backpacks
Even though I tried, I didn’t find my way to Neverland before time caught up with me and I grew up, but one childhood habit I still can’t shake is my daily backpack use. While most of my co-workers opt for trendy shoulder bags or purses, I do in fact show up to a professional office setting most days of the week rocking a (subtle) Disney backpack…and I couldn’t be prouder!
The jury is still out on if I can pull off one of these newly-released styles, so for now I’ll leave it to the younger fans to do the shopping! (But I could probably get away with the Star Wars backpack, right?)
Lunchboxes 
A few of the awesome backpacks available on shopDisney come complete with backpacks, but if you’re in the market for a lunch tote to hold your child’s brain food, try not to let the immense amount of choices overwhelm you.
Ariel is my favorite, so of course I’d opt for the seashell lunch box, but if you’ve got an aspiring Avenger or the next TIE fighter pilot, you’ll find exactly what they’re looking for. Check out some of these awesome options!

Every Disney fanatic- no matter how young- recognizes the importance of representing their favorite characters whenever possible, and the accessories that have just rolled out on shopDisney are the perfect products to do just that!
There are Big Hero-inspired pencil cases, Ariel notepads, Spider-Man pencils, BB-8 keychains, Disney Classics crayons. The list goes on and on! I always help my littlest cousins pick out school-worthy Disney swag, and this years’ back-to-school product lineup was truly more all-encompassing than ever before.
