We here at MickeyBlog can’t get enough of the exciting details trickling in regarding the fabulous changes coming soon to Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort. Over the past few months, we’ve shared with you details about the new interior, artwork and waterfront dining coming to his property and tonight we are excited to share with you some of the incredible dishes that will be gracing the menus at the Centertown Market as well as the Banana Cabana pool-side bar.
Centertown Market
This quick-service eatery is being re-imagined as an indoor street market. The property will feature a new space giving a hint of the island lifestyle with open shutters, wooden light posts, awnings and more. However, the real draw here will be a menu feature new eats that really bring the flavor of the islands to Walt Disney World.
The menu will feature a combination of family-friendly fast casual options mixed with customizable Latin and Caribbean-inspired dishes. One we can’t wait to try is the new island bowl (pictured above) which is available for breakfast and dinner.
Island Bowls
The island bowls can be customized with a choice of base, protein, sauce and if you are going for the breakfast options you can even choose what kind of egg you would like (scrambled, poaches or tofu scramble). The bases include delicious island-style options like red beans and rice, home fries (for breakfast) and greens (for dinner). Proteins include rotisserie beef, bacon, chorizo, or plant-based sausage for breakfast.
What’s for Dinner
Dinner options include rotisserie beef, pork shoulder, banana leaf-wrapped fish, jerk chicken thighs and vegan chipotle seitan. Sauces for breakfast include salsa verde or pico de gallo. Dinner sauces are chimichurri, garlic ranch or spicy pink sauce. In case you haven’t been counting that means over 30 different combinations for both breakfast and dinner.
Speaking of breakfast, you’ll also find classic dishes on the menu like Eggs Benedict or the All American Breakfast Platter which comes with eggs, home fries, sausages, bacon and toast. There’s also island-inspired dishes like Coconut Waffles with fresh fruit or Banana Pancakes topped with granola or pineapple chunks served with sausage and maple syrup.
Those into more classic eats can also choose from favorites like fresh salads, Sicilian-style pizza, pasta dishes as well as a variety of sandwiches and burgers.
Kids Menu
Moving on to the Kids Menu, your little ones can tuck into familiar favorites like Pirate Mickey Waffles and French Toast for breakfast. For dinner, there’s Chicken Breast Nuggets, Tacos and Grilled Cheese. There’s also some adventurous items like the Egg Popper (a hard-boiled egg pop with green pirate juice, roasted pineapple and bacon) for breakfast or the Beef Mushroom-blended Cheeseburger for dinner (with cauli fries, orange sauce and a mini build-you-own island bow.
Dessert
Last but not least let’s talk dessert! Those looking for something suit will definitely want to round out your meal with new offerings like the Tropical Tart with key lime, mango and a passion fruit curd topped with Chantilly cream or the Chocolate Creme Tart with chocolate cake, coffee Chantilly, and caramel crispies.
For beverages, guests can choose from a wide away of fountain options including Coca-Cola Freestyle, coffees and a variety of teas. Draft beer and single service wine cocktails will also be on offer!
Banana Cabana
This pool-side bar will feature an outdoor lounge where the whole family can gather to enjoy yummy eats and refreshing alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. The lounge is inspired by festive island culture with a relaxed sitting area, re-purposed steel drum tables and Cabana-style drapes. There’s also a big communal table made from a wooden boat.
Exclusive Cocktails
Visitors can also enjoy exclusive cocktails made with premium spirits and Caribbean seafood and mainland dishes. Some notable drinks include Pink Guava Colada which is a delightful mix of rum, guava puree, pineapple juice and cream of coconut.

Another highlight is the Kraken Punch with spiced rum, blood orange sour, and pomegranate and orange juices. The drinks menu is rounded out by Caribbean beers as well as a variety of craft and traditional beers. White and red wines will also be on tap.
