Sebastian’s Bistro at Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort Will No Longer Be Serving Lunch
As part of the resort-wide renovations that have recently taken place at Disney’s Caribbean Resort at Walt Disney World, Sebastian’s Bistro opened offering table service dining to resort guests and visitors. Since it premiered last Fall the eatery was open for both lunch and dinner but it looks as if that may soon be changing.
Reports are surfacing today that Sebastian’s Bistro will no longer be serving lunch starting on January 27th but will continue offering dinner (from 5:00 – 11:00 pm) There is much speculation as to why this change has occurred with most suggesting this is due to guests staying at the resort during the day preferring quick service options over table service.
So what does that mean for lunchtime diners at Caribbean Beach? Not to worry, more casual lunch options will continue to be offered at the Spyglass Grill as well as Centertown Markey daily from 11:30 am. The Banana Cabana pool bar will also be open from noon daily.
No word as to whether this will change when the Skyliner stations opens at Caribbean Beach Resort later this year. We here at MickeyBlog will be monitoring this story closely and promise to keep you posted.
